Ever lost your cool over something as small as socks on the floor or spilled milk on the counter? You love your kids endlessly—but sometimes the tiniest things push you over the edge. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
Parenting stretches our nervous systems in ways no one prepares us for. One minute you’re overflowing with love and patience, the next you’re overwhelmed and wondering what happened. The truth is, parenting doesn’t just challenge us—it also stirs up different sides of us. This workshop is here to help you understand those shifts and give you real tools to navigate them.
In this in-person workshop, you will:
Finally understand why little things can feel so big.
Learn about the Window of Tolerance, a simple, powerful framework for stress and overwhelm.
Try a guided practice to “listen inward” so you can notice your own thoughts, feelings, and body cues.
Walk away with practical strategies to bring yourself back to steadiness when overwhelm hits.
Spots are limited — reserve yours now!
Many of our Community Giving Workshops are free to attend, but donations are welcome. All donations—no matter how big or small—go directly to supporting the Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Centre, a charity that provides no-cost support for those who have experienced pregnancy loss, the loss of a child, or infertility.
Please include “Risewell” in the message line.
