Join our team

At Risewell, we’re passionate about providing modern, compassionate therapy for girls, women, and those who love them.

We’re not your typical group practice.

✔ We believe therapists deserve spaces to thrive, too.

✔ We invest in you as a therapist and as a person.

✔ We celebrate your unique strengths and help you grow your passions.

We believe clients thrive when therapists thrive.

That’s why we’ve built a team culture grounded in openness, collaboration, generosity, and growth.

At Risewell, growth is a part of our culture.

We help our team members discover their unique gifts, expand their clinical skills, and step into opportunities that excite them. Whether it’s leading workshops, writing for our blog, offering supervision, or carving out a niche in women’s mental health, you’ll be encouraged to explore what lights you up and supported in sharing it with the community.

Here’s what one team member shared about their experience:

“My time at Risewell has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life. I was drawn to Theresa’s vision of creating a space of healing for clients and a supportive community for therapists. Because of her guidance, I stepped into supervision, led workshops, and grew into my own confidence as a therapist. Risewell has been a place where I felt supported, uplifted, and inspired to trust myself in my career.” ~ Amy
