Who I Help

Girls Finding Their Voice

Being a teenager today can feel overwhelming, and anxiety makes it even harder. You worry about speaking up in class, sharing your ideas, or taking up space with friends and at home. Social media, peer comparisons, and constant messages about how you “should” look or act make it even harder to trust yourself. You replay interactions over and over, wonder if you said or did the “right” thing, and sometimes feel like your voice or opinions don’t matter.

You want to feel confident, be seen for who you truly are, and trust yourself enough to speak up. You long to feel worthy, capable, and comfortable in your own skin.

Parents Running on Empty

Parenting today can feel like a never-ending juggling act. You’re constantly navigating conflicting advice online, trying to do what’s “right,” and still figuring out what works for your family. Meanwhile, work, household responsibilities, and social expectations pile up, leaving your own needs behind. Some days, you notice yourself snapping, feeling guilty for needing a break, or wondering if you’re doing enough.

You want to create a supportive, loving environment for your child while also feeling grounded, confident, and less stressed. You long for balance, patience, and the sense that you can care for both your family and yourself without running on empty.

The Self-Critical Souls

Some mornings, just getting out of bed feels like a battle. Your inner voice is already criticizing you: “You’re late again. You should’ve done that differently. Why can’t you just get it right?” Even small decisions feel impossible, and every misstep feels magnified. Past mistakes replay in your mind, your body feels tense, and sleep feels elusive because you’re always on edge.

You’re tired of feeling like nothing you do is ever enough. You want space to breathe, clarity to make decisions without constant self-doubt, and the ability to feel steady in your own skin instead of constantly walking on eggshells. You long to quiet that inner critic and feel like you can finally trust yourself.

How I Help

It’s Time to Feel Empowered
Whether you’re navigating the pressures of adolescence, parenting challenges, or the overwhelm of daily life, you want to feel more confident, steady, and capable. You’re ready to make sense of what’s been holding you back and start taking steps that actually help you feel better.

Therapy that Feels Real
Sitting across from me, you’ll feel a calm, grounded presence paired with clarity and directness. We’ll talk openly about what’s happening for you, explore how emotions show up in your body, and get practical about the steps you can take to feel better.

I’ll help you make sense of your feelings, manage stress and anxiety, and build skills that actually stick. You’ll have space to explore and process difficult emotions, but I’ll also keep you accountable to the goals that matter most. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your voice, trust your instincts, and help you navigate relationships and life with confidence, self-respect, and clarity.

Therapies I use in my work: Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR, Polyvagal-Informed Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment-Based Therapy

A Little About Me

A Little Backstory

My journey to becoming a therapist began with the birth of my first daughter, which sparked a deep desire to become the best parent I could be. Two more children and one graduate degree later, I’m grateful to be in a position to support others on their own paths to personal growth and wellness.

When I’m Not in Session

Outside of work, I love travelling and spending time outdoors with my kids. Our favourite activities include camping, biking, and skiing. Most weekends, you can catch me cheering them on at one of their many sports events!
