Have you found yourself consistently going against your own feelings and needs just to keep others happy? Do you find yourself always trying to avoid conflict and keep the peace? In this workshop we’ll explore what people-pleasing is, where it comes from, and when it can become a problem.
Learn how to gently move towards greater authenticity in your relationships, including the one you have with yourself, and practical strategies to identify your needs and boundaries, communicate more assertively, and navigate the potential change and loss that can come with this journey.
In this online workshop, you will walk away with:
A better understanding of people-pleasing behaviours and how they relate to earlier life experiences, cultural norms and attachment styles.
Reflective tools to foster greater inner awareness of your emotions, needs, and boundaries.
Practical tools for communicating your emotions, needs and boundaries with the people in your life - if you choose to.
