Join Risewell Psychology and Big Little Parties for an evening dedicated to reconnecting with the woman behind the mother.
Becoming a mom can feel like it takes over your whole identity. You give so much of yourself to your family that, at the end of the day, there can be very little left for you.
You schedule the parties, make the snacks, remember the appointments, tend to everyone else’s needs, but what about your own?
This free community event is an opportunity to step away from the to-do list, reconnect with your sense of self, and meet other mothers navigating a similar season of life.
Sarah Jane MACP, Registered Provisional Psychologist, from Risewell Psychology will lead an open and honest conversation about the identity shift that comes with motherhood, the feeling that we’re never doing enough, and the tension between caring for everyone else and making space for ourselves.
Come as you are, enjoy some tea and light snacks, connect with other moms, and make a little space for you again.
