You care deeply about others—you want to be kind, supportive, and easy to lean on.
But maybe you’ve noticed a pattern:
Someone asks for your help, and your body tenses even as your mouth says “yes.” You keep the peace instead of voicing what you need, hoping the feeling will pass. Or you agree to something, only to feel a flicker of resentment—then guilt for feeling that way.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Many caring, thoughtful people struggle with boundaries because they don’t want to let others down.
That’s exactly why we created this one-hour virtual workshop to help you say no without second-guessing yourself and to create space for your own needs and your relationships.
Think of boundaries as a gentle form of self-care, like giving both you and the people in your life clearer, kinder roadmaps.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
✨ Notice the signals that a boundary could actually strengthen your relationship.
✨ Communicate a boundary in simple, respectful ways (spoiler: they don’t have to sound harsh or mean!).
✨ Understand why guilt or fear shows up—and how to work with it, not against it.
✨ Take small, doable steps to soothe the discomfort that sometimes comes after saying no.
✨ Stay grounded and kind, even if someone doesn’t love your answer.
By the end, you’ll leave with practical strategies and a little more ease in your back pocket—so you can care for others without abandoning yourself.
