Maybe you’ve started noticing changes that feel subtle… or not so subtle.

• Hot flashes

• Night sweats

• Insomnia or frequent waking

• Persistent fatigue or exhaustion

• Brain fog

• Mood swings or increased irritability

If you recognize yourself in this list, you are in excellent company -- and what you’re experiencing makes sense.

Perimenopause and menopause are natural biological transitions. But “natural” doesn’t mean easy. Hormonal shifts can meaningfully impact sleep, mood, memory, anxiety, energy, and relationships. Many women find themselves trying to quietly piece it together, wondering what’s normal and whether anyone else feels this way, too.

This FREE, in-person, introductory workshop is designed to offer clarity and practical guidance in a warm, supportive environment.

You’ll leave with:

• A clear understanding of what perimenopause and menopause actually are — and how hormonal changes affect both the brain and body

• Insight into the most common symptoms and practical, evidence-informed strategies to help ease them

• A deeper sense of self-compassion and confidence as you move forward

This is a psychoeducational session focused on foundational knowledge and practical strategies. It is not a replacement for medical care, but a starting point for informed conversations and empowered decision-making.

Spots are limited — reserve yours and give yourself the gift of understanding, steadiness, and confidence during this stage of change.
